The belt core of this product is made of high-modulus, low-shrinkage polyester fabric with extremely high tensile strength. The cover rubber is composed of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) or chlorobutyl rubber, which have excellent heat resistance. It is carefully manufactured through a series of processes, including compounding with heat-resistant materials, molding, and vulcanization.
After undergoing a special dipping and shaping treatment, the belt core has high bonding strength, minimal elongation deformation, and excellent wear resistance under normal operating conditions below 180°C. This product is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy and construction for conveying high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, coke, and cement clinker.
Product Features:
The physical performance of the cover rubber after the heat-resistant test conforms to the specifications listed in the table
